The 2021 Red Ribbon Challenge Has Officially Begun!

The 2021 Red Ribbon Challenge Has Officially Begun!

This week focuses on Nutrition and Family Dinner. Studies show that families who eat dinner together benefit in a variety of ways. Eating together helps families build stronger relationships and communicate more effectively. Children tend to be better students and become more well-adjusted teens so they may be more likely to be DRUG FREE and successful. This week, tag InnerAct Alliance in your family dinner photos on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/RedRibbonRunSeries and we will be posting our pictures too!

Students in grades K-8 can register for FREE at RedRibbonRun.com to participate in the Red Ribbon Run on Saturday morning, October 16 at Lake Mirror and take part in the Red Ribbon Challenge, which will continue for 4 weeks into October. A different fun challenge activity will be featured each week in a virtual format with themes of Nutrition, Kindness and Tolerance, Healthy Mind/Healthy Body, and Healthy Lifestyle. Participants may earn points to win prizes by completing at least 10 challenges and posting them with #RedRibbonChallenges on the Red Ribbon Facebook page (shown above). Prize(s) will be distributed after Winter Break.
