August brings a new month with potential to focus on positivity and prioritize self-care!🌞
Self-care means taking care of YOURSELF so you can be healthy and well to do your job and help care for others. It helps when you take the time to recharge your own batteries so that you can do all of the things you need to and want to accomplish in a day. 📆
To begin a routine of regularly practicing self-care, it is recommended that you start small and choose one practice each week to add to your daily routine.
Our friends at @Positively Present offer some fun and easy self-care suggestions for the new month of August in the colorful graphic above. One of my favorites is "Notice What's Working" which encourages us to keep track of the positive changes that are being made, then adding more only when you feel ready to do so!
