As we enter Week 4 of Mental Health Awareness Month during
May, let’s set our sights on encouraging those in need to seek help
if they need it and to support others by offering kind words of encouragement.
Most of all, let’s take time to celebrate our small successes each day!
Supporting each other is easy and it can mean
so much:
*Be aware of the signs and symptoms of mental health issues
so we can all work together to support one another
*If you are worried about your mental health or the
mental health of someone you know, there are resources and people out there who
are willing to help, no matter what your situation may be.
*When we share resources, encourage others to seek help,
or simply are there for someone when they need us, we instill hope and can help
each other to reach out when help is most needed.
