Last Project Homecoming Shopping Day - Saturday October 22

 

UthMpact’s final Project HOCO Shopping Day for the season will take place this Saturday, October 22, from 11am-4pm, at the Project HOCO Store in the Lakeland Square Mall, 3800 US Hwy 98N, in Lakeland (next to The Children’s Place). Students with a Polk School ID can sign a Project HOCO Pledge promising to make healthy and safe choices during Homecoming festivities and receive dresses and suits for FREE!

Community members may support the effort by donating gently used dresses, shoes, men’s suits, ties, and other accessories. Donations may be dropped off at the InnerAct Alliance office, 621 S. Florida Ave., in Lakeland, on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A receipt will be provided for all donations.
