Families may sign up for an in-person program starting today July 29 at 6:00 pm at 100 W. College Dr. (Building E) in Avon Park, FL 33825 –or– register for a virtual program beginning this Wednesday, July 31 at 6:00 pm on Zoom.
Strengthening Families programs can help youth learn how to set goals, manage peer pressure, make health decisions, foster better relationships, and handle anger and other emotions. Parents and caregivers will learn how to conduct family meetings, increase communication & listening skills, set limits while showing love, and teach life lessons. The programs are court-approved and involve the entire family.
