International Women’s Day is a holiday celebrated annually on March 8 to champion the many social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women who have positively impacted the world as we know it today. 🌷

This year’s theme of “Invest in women: Accelerate progress” encourages the continued quest for a gender equal world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. 

Let’s take a moment today to thank the special women who make a positive difference in our lives each day – our mothers, teachers, neighbors, friends, and co-workers.💜
