Attitudes about substance use are shaped well before adulthood. Our professional board members and staff are committed to making a lasting difference in our community and impacting children's lives now by supporting and investing in prevention programs and services that help to reduce access, identify risky behaviors, change attitudes about use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, and empower youth to make healthy choices.
Parents play an important role - talk to your children about alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use. Knowing the truth can help kids avoid succumbing to peer pressure because they feel confident in making more informed personal decisions after knowing and considering all the facts.
